Reading this table. Scheduled and InProgress jobs carrying no invoice is normal, that work is not finished. Canceled jobs at $0 are expected. The row that matters is Completed: any completed job carrying $0 either was deliberately free or was never billed, and the Completed, Not Billed tab separates those two.
